About the role

Fathom Management is looking for an experienced Senior Integration Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise integrations across applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments. This remote, full‑time position combines strong backend development, API integration, and architecture expertise with the responsibility to set integration standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement end‑to‑end integration solutions spanning backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Establish integration standards, design patterns, and technical best practices.
Manage the full integration lifecycle: solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.

Required profile

Proven senior‑level experience in integration development and architecture.
Hands‑on experience with backend services and API development.
U.S. citizenship required.
Full‑time availability.

What we offer

Salary range $120,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience and technical interview.
Remote work arrangement.
Full‑time permanent position.
