Senior IAM & Identity Governance Analyst (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IAM & Identity Governance Analyst to support a leading construction‑management software provider on a short‑term engagement. The analyst will work closely with the client’s security and application teams to assess access risks, optimise privileges and guide SSO and OAuth integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse identity, role, entitlement and access data across the enterprise.
• Perform IAM/GRC risk assessments and identify excessive or inappropriate access.
• Apply Principle of Least Privilege and RBAC principles to recommend remediation.
• Review user profiles and access patterns using IAM/IGA platforms.
• Support application inventory and identify candidates for SSO/Okta integration.
• Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to collect information and drive remediation actions.
• Triage and assess legacy OAuth applications within Google Workspace.
• Document findings, recommendations and remediation steps, and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.
• Assist in establishing repeatable IAM governance processes for access reviews.
• Provide light data‑analysis or automation support when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IAM, Identity Governance or Access Management, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of IAM/IGA platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID or comparable tools.
• Experience conducting IAM/GRC risk assessments and applying least‑privilege and RBAC concepts.
• Familiarity with OAuth, Google Workspace applications and SSO integrations.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.
