Senior IAM & AI Security Officer

About the role

The Senior Officer – IAM AI Security will lead identity and access management (IAM) and artificial intelligence (AI) security initiatives across Invesco’s global operations. Reporting to the Technical Security function, the role partners with business and IT teams to align security controls with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership and advisory on IAM and AI security architecture, designs, configurations, baselines, and standards.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Technology teams to integrate IAM and AI security controls into business processes.
• Research, evaluate, and design new technologies, architectures, and security products supporting IAM and AI initiatives.
• Develop and influence security strategies, roadmaps, and regulatory compliance related to IAM and AI.
• Support talent management by recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in identity and access management and AI security domains.
• Proven ability to act as a domain expert and influence technical direction.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in talent acquisition and team development.
