About the Role

Printfresh is seeking a creative, curious, and highly analytical Growth Marketing Strategist to drive our paid media evolution during this exciting period of rapid expansion. This unique role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven performance, allowing you to shape how our brand connects with new audiences across emerging platforms.

Main Missions

• Creative Strategy & Execution: Lead the creative direction for paid social by developing concepts, writing detailed briefs, and planning rigorous testing frameworks.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze creative performance, translating complex data insights into actionable iterations to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Channel Management: Manage and optimize advertising accounts on high-growth platforms including Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to produce high-impact static assets, video content, and User Generated Content (UGC).
• Data & Reporting: Utilize advanced attribution tools (MTA, incrementality testing) to build weekly reports and dashboards that identify new audience and messaging opportunities.
