Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

As a key member of the Americas Business Development Hub, the Senior Graphic Designer creates high‑impact business development deliverables that support fee‑earners and marketing partners throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision for pre‑win marketing collateral, including presentations, proposals and bespoke graphics.
• Design visually compelling, high‑quality materials while meeting tight deadlines.
• Oversee all creative aspects of production, ensuring consistency and quality control.
• Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and articulate the rationale behind creative choices.
• Stay current with design trends, share best practices, and foster creativity within the graphic design team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional services graphic design experience, preferably in B2B business development.
• Proven ability to work independently in a high‑volume environment while maintaining high quality.
• Strong time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial sales setting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
