About the role

StradaHQ is building an AI‑driven operating layer for the insurance industry. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will join a high‑ownership team in San Francisco, working directly on voice AI and conversational systems that automate millions of customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features for voice, chat, workflow, and integration components.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of features, from architecture and design through testing and production deployment.
• Shape technical decisions on architecture, tooling, and infrastructure for large‑scale AI services.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to ship production‑ready code quickly and reliably.
• Strong ownership mindset and comfort working closely with customers.
• Experience in fast‑moving, high‑impact startup environments.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development expertise.
• Experience with large language models (LLM) and voice AI technologies.
