Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Agents

About the role

This is a new senior position on Scribe's Agents Engineering team, responsible for building and shipping full‑stack features on emerging product surfaces while keeping existing systems healthy and fast. The role impacts millions of daily active users from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Ship full‑stack features end‑to‑end on new product surfaces, owning design, production and the metrics they move.
• Build Python backend services that power those features and keep them reliable at 6‑million‑daily‑active‑user scale.
• Make product decisions with PM and design, deciding scope and prioritisation to ship the right thing quickly.
• Maintain and improve existing systems to protect team velocity and reliability.
• Set technical direction for projects, including architecture choices and work sequencing.
• Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design feedback and standards.

Required profile

• Delivered full‑stack features end‑to‑end, from problem definition through production.
• Strong backend coding skills in Python and comfort working across the whole stack.
• Product‑mindset: can articulate why a feature matters, define success and make scope trade‑offs.
• Raised the technical level of a team via architecture, reviews or mentoring.
• Ability to move fast while maintaining a high quality bar.
