Senior Events Manager

About the role

As a Senior Events Manager at SentiLink, you will own and execute high‑impact events and field‑marketing programs that drive pipeline and deepen relationships with target customers. You will lead SentiLink’s presence at key industry conferences and design and execute targeted roadshows in priority markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution of field‑marketing and events, including conferences, hosted events, partner activations, and regional roadshows.
• Plan and execute multi‑city roadshows: venue selection, audience targeting, partner coordination, and local promotion.
• Partner closely with Sales to identify priority accounts, drive attendance, and generate meetings.
• Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, vendor coordination, booth strategy, content, and onsite execution.
• Track and report performance metrics such as pipeline generated, ROI, and key learnings.

Required profile

• 7+ years of field‑marketing and events experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven track record of events or roadshows that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Strong project‑management skills with ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, independent, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40% for events and roadshows.
