About the role

DRMP is seeking a motivated Senior Design‑Build Project Manager to lead multi‑discipline engineering teams delivering major transportation infrastructure projects across North Carolina and the southeastern United States. Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead the creation of design and construction plans in collaboration with engineering and construction teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Assemble and manage high‑performing multi‑discipline teams, providing mentorship and fostering collaboration.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and owner agencies, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee contract administration, including change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet design and construction standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Extensive experience in transportation design‑build projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑discipline teams and manage complex contracts.
