Senior Demand Planner

About the role

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to manage forecasting and inventory for a multi‑location, multi‑customer network. You will work with SAP/APO and apply supply chain principles to ensure accurate demand plans and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Use SAP/APO to generate and maintain demand forecasts across multiple sites.
• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, building consensus with sales, marketing and senior leadership.
• Perform trend analysis, identify forecast variances, and develop improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain performance metrics comparing forecasts to actual sales.
• Support inventory and service‑level strategy to meet Sales Forecast Accuracy targets.
• Develop tools and enhancements to ensure data integrity in the supply planning system.
• Participate in system development projects and stay updated on industry changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct trend and variance analysis.
• Experience leading S&OP processes and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to convey forecasting factors to sales, marketing and operations.
