Senior Consultant – Healthcare & Life Sciences

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead healthcare and life‑sciences workstreams for Kenway Consulting. The role involves developing strategies, implementation plans and delivering high‑quality analytical solutions for clients across biopharma, med‑tech, providers, payers and health‑tech.

Key responsibilities

• Own workstreams or small projects end‑to‑end, managing timelines, risks and client deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Produce hands‑on analytical and solution work, applying industry and technical knowledge to solve client challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, communicate insights clearly and support account growth through proposals and case studies.
• Coach analysts and consultants, share frameworks and contribute to Kenway’s internal knowledge base.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience delivering complex business or technology initiatives, preferably in healthcare or life‑sciences strategy consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications in health, science or engineering are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
