Senior Business Manager – Sazerac

About the role

The Senior Business Manager for Sazerac acts as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers in the market. Reporting to the Trade Development team, you will lead business planning, performance evaluation, inventory and pricing management, and demand forecasting while collaborating with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach a team of Business Managers.
• Manage supplier relationships, set planning goals and oversee inventory for multiple brands.
• Establish and execute monthly business plans and sales‑performance cadences.
• Produce sales information documents, pricing analyses, advertising and POS materials.
• Negotiate incentives, rationalised goals and pricing changes with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and monitor performance against budgets.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to ensure accurate sales and purchase blocks.
• Work with Finance to identify and resolve over‑inventory situations.
• Define and enforce business rules for new product introductions, discontinuations and vintage items.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the local market, brands, sales drivers and trends.
• Ability to adhere to BBG’s Trade Development mission and Reliability Model.
• Excellent analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
