Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be a key technical contributor within the Data Analytics function of the Support Operations organization. You will translate business and technical requirements into quantitative analysis and AI‑enriched dashboards that drive operational improvements and a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Shape, structure, and optimize data sets using SQL and Python for analysis.
• Design, create, and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards and other visualizations.
• Perform exploratory analyses across multiple data sources to assess Support health and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings with technical and non‑technical leaders to gather requirements and solve business challenges.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience designing and managing Tableau dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Collaborative mindset with proven cross‑functional teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
