Senior Associate, Strategic Finance – Growth Finance

About the role

As a Senior Associate on Uber’s Strategic Finance team, you will help scale financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities across the business. You will partner with leaders to provide insights that drive real‑time decisions and support high‑profile strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals.
• Apply business judgment and financial insights to evaluate new initiatives, products, and opportunities.
• Build and improve sophisticated financial models to solve complex business problems.
• Execute projects and operationalize insights in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Continuously learn new technical skill sets and adapt to evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in an ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with attention to detail.
