About the Position
Join a high-impact litigation law firm specializing in plaintiff-side employment law. As an Administrative Charge Paralegal, you will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of administrative agency cases, ensuring excellence from the initial complaint through to final resolution and case closure.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage all submissions to administrative agencies, including EEOC, IDHR, and MDHR.
- Coordinate directly with agencies regarding procedural requirements and strict deadlines.
- Draft and revise persuasive position statements, rebuttals, and supporting legal documentation.
- Ensure zero-error management of filing deadlines and case timelines.
- Maintain precise case records and workflow status within HubSpot and SharePoint.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with US administrative agency procedures.
- Proven ability to draft technically precise and persuasive legal documents.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a rigorous approach to deadline management.
- Native-level professional written English proficiency.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment during North American business hours.
