Seasonal Support Associate – Retail

About the role

This seasonal position supports both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure smooth store performance and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and answer phones as needed.
• Execute operational policies, pack/unpack shipments, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Support product flow by lifting, moving, and arranging merchandise.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in a high‑volume, customer‑focused retail setting.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight travel.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lb and perform various movements throughout the shift.
