Seasonal Guest Services Agent

About the role

Zion Mountain Ranch, part of POWDR, is a resort near Zion National Park offering cabins and lodges with on-site experiences such as guided horseback riding and a farm-to-table restaurant. As a Guest Services Agent you are the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, assisting them with their needs and supporting front desk operations. This is a seasonal position from hire date through November 1st.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, assist with check-in and handle check-outs, payments and billing
• Manage reservations in the hotel management system and handle phone inquiries about rates, availability and amenities
• Answer guest questions and special requests, give local information and help plan stays
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness and lodge operations
• Do general admin work such as filing, data entry and record keeping, prepare daily reports and help with cash handling
• Follow ESQ procedures, work with a safety-first attitude and keep a neat, clean appearance

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working weekends, Sundays and holidays, and able to move around the resort
• Team player with strong communication skills

Required skills

• Reservations entry and computer proficiency; hotel management system experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
