Scheduler / Shift Coordinator

About the role

This remote position supports a US home‑care provider by managing the daily schedule of care services for clients in the Washington, D.C. area. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, families, and care professionals, ensuring that all service hours are fully covered.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm appointments between clients and care professionals.
• Respond promptly to cancellations, rescheduling requests, and any scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of service hours, client preferences, and staff availability.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, care staff, and the operations team.
• Provide coverage for evening and weekend shifts as required by US operations.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong verbal communication skills for phone‑based interactions.
• Flexibility to work US‑based hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
