SAP EWM Consultant – Indianapolis, IN

About the role

Infosys is seeking a SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to join its Life Sciences unit in Indianapolis. The role focuses on designing, customizing, and integrating SAP EWM solutions that support healthcare and pharmaceutical operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust ERP configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and validate specifications against ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture design and customize SAP EWM modules based on detailed business needs.
• Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews, and maintain a stable codebase.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure consistent data flow between SAP and other applications.
• Assess ERP performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for customizations and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, particularly within the life‑sciences sector.
• Ability to handle end‑to‑end SAP EWM customization and implementation.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Hands‑on coding experience and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
