Salesforce B2B Commerce Solution Architect

About the role

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a B2B Commerce Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end Salesforce Revenue Management projects. The role combines deep technical expertise with solution design to deliver scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce Commerce solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business discovery sessions and define enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture across Service Cloud, Order Management, Commerce, and Consumer Goods Cloud, ensuring best practices and scalability.
• Define data models, integrations, and system architecture, and provide oversight throughout design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Drive UX strategy, manage deployment and release governance, and oversee testing to meet functional and technical requirements.
• Act as primary technical authority, guide development teams, and mitigate technical risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years focused on B2B Commerce.
• Proven experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Einstein features, extensions framework, APIs, and cross‑cloud use cases.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns with platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Prodly, Copado) and test‑driven development.
