About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to lead outbound B2B sales efforts for Microsoft software solutions in the United States. You will engage decision‑makers, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Make outbound calls and craft targeted email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
- Present, demo, and sell Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Office Home & Business, Windows, and Server products.
- Build strong relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, and operations leaders.
- Overcome objections and tailor value‑based pitches to each client’s needs.
- Maintain accurate records in a CRM system, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and pipeline visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in software or IT.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, cloud services, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Driven, proactive, and results‑oriented with a strong desire to win.
