Sales Manager - Facility Services

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can own the full revenue cycle for Intersection Facility Services (IFS). This is not a lead‑generation role; you will build and manage senior‑level relationships, run the sales pipeline end‑to‑end, and close multi‑property service agreements with commercial owners and property‑management firms across San Diego.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new clients across multi‑property owners, regional PM firms, and sub‑out partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and site walks to proposal and signed MSA.
• Maintain a robust pipeline in Hubspot CRM.
• Represent IFS at industry events and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to engage property managers, asset managers, facilities directors, and ownership groups.
• Experience selling facility services, property maintenance, or commercial contracting.
• Existing relationships with PM firms or commercial property owners.
• Familiarity with industry organizations such as BOMA, IREM, and NAIOP.
• Experience with project estimating or scoping in facilities, construction, or maintenance contexts.
• Understanding of California contractor licensing (B and C‑10 licenses a plus).

• Base salary $72k plus uncapped commission (5% with 2% kicker).
