Sales Analyst – ADUSA and Costco

About the role

Nestlé USA’s Sales Analytics team powers the sales organization with data‑driven insights. As a Sales Analyst focused on ADUSA and Costco, you will partner with Customer Account Managers to drive market share for Nestlé’s brands. This role is based in Arlington, VA (or Solon, OH).

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support business needs and drive profitable brand performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, POS) and other resources.
• Maintain deep category expertise and monitor the broader business landscape.
• Use data visualization and storytelling to build compelling sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting tools essential for day‑to‑day account team operations.
• Pull data for ad‑hoc analysis from syndicated sources, retailer platforms, and internal systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months experience in retail sales or a related analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivots, etc.).
• Intermediate skill with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and time‑management abilities.
