Key responsibilities

• Drive results as manager on duty, maximizing store productivity, building customer relationships, and supporting the Assistant Store Manager with sales reporting and trend analysis.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining store standards, cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory management, TQM compliance, and cash processes while prioritizing safety.
• Deliver personalized coffee experiences through storytelling about product knowledge and sustainability practices, including complimentary tastings to boost sales.
• Inspire and coach the team to achieve sales and service targets, providing training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share feedback, champion innovative ideas, and adapt quickly to changes with a growth mindset.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience driving sales and leading a team in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Patience for day‑to‑day challenges and resourceful troubleshooting on the spot.
• Effective communication, time‑management and analytical skills.
• Punctuality and availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
