About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current tenants while supporting property staff in delivering a high‑quality living experience. This full‑time, onsite role requires strong knowledge of property operations and the ability to coordinate resident‑focused activities.
Key responsibilities
- Orient new residents to the property and assist with utility set‑up.
- Manage package delivery, claim reminders, and resident communications.
- Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
- Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
- Support property staff in planning and executing resident activities and events.
Required profile
- Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple resident‑focused tasks and events.
- Good understanding of property management functions and resident needs.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of handling incident reporting and documentation.
