Research Scientist

About the role

We are looking for a research scientist to advance our AI‑driven molecular design platform. You will lead projects that span pre‑training large diffusion models, designing novel architectures, and scaling inference for therapeutic engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and pre‑train large diffusion models for protein and molecule generation.
• Design and implement new model architectures and training pipelines.
• Optimize post‑training workflows and inference scaling to support real‑world drug discovery applications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across physics, mathematics, computational biology, and computer science to drive research breakthroughs.

Required profile

• Strong research drive with a focus on high‑impact, foundational problems.
• Demonstrated rigor, sustained focus, and ability to persist on challenging questions.
• Academic training and a solid research track record; industry accomplishments are a plus.
