Remote Recruiter – Professional & Industrial

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Remote Recruiter to support its Professional & Industrial business line. You will manage the full life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets, working entirely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Utilize job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn applicant tracking system to attract both passive and active candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, equitable assessment practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and adaptability to changing scenarios.
