Remote Property Management Assistant (US)

About the role

Bullpen Talent recruits exceptional remote professionals for growing U.S. property management companies and real estate owners. We are expanding our network of experienced Property Management Assistants to support a variety of clients across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tenant emails, calls, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate maintenance vendors, work orders, and move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Manage lease renewals, documentation, and rental applications.
• Post rental listings, schedule showings, and track rent payments.
• Update resident communications and property management software.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting U.S. residential property management companies.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong customer‑service skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable communicating with tenants, vendors, and owners.
• Reliable computer, high‑speed internet, and ability to work full‑time during U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, Propertyware, Yardi, ResMan, TenantCloud, DoorLoop, MRI, Entrata, RealPage.
• Familiarity with other property management software tools.
