Remote Project Manager – Life Sciences Consulting

About the role

Pharmavise is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its remote talent pool. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients operating in regulated GxP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end projects across quality, regulatory, engineering, validation, manufacturing, clinical and supply‑chain functions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers and status reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, communicate updates to client leadership and internal teams, and ensure alignment with FDA, ISO and other GxP requirements.
• Identify risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and drive accountability for deliverables.
• Support project governance, resource planning, prioritisation and execution of operational improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience within the life‑sciences industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects in FDA‑regulated environments.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills, with the capacity to work independently in fast‑paced settings.
