Remote Project Manager – IT & Cybersecurity Services

About the role

RedHelm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology projects within its Professional Services team. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering offensive and defensive cybersecurity solutions alongside full‑stack IT services for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns.
• Identify upsell opportunities based on client needs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.
• Anticipate risks, create contingency plans, and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven IT project management experience, preferably in Managed IT Services.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus.
