Remote Phone Interviewer

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Phone Interviewer to connect with prospective candidates, conduct structured phone interviews and gather key information about their experience and interest in open positions. The role operates on U.S. time zones and is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while supporting our recruitment pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using our CRM and calling system.
• Contact candidates about available employment opportunities.
• Conduct structured interviews following established scripts and qualification criteria.
• Explain position details, requirements and next steps clearly.
• Document interview responses, call outcomes and candidate data accurately in the CRM.
• Identify qualified candidates and coordinate their interviews with hiring managers.
• Perform follow‑up communications and maintain organized interview records.
• Participate in team coaching sessions and other recruitment support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong active‑listening and questioning abilities.
• Professional phone presence and confidence.
• High attention to detail when documenting information.
• Ability to handle a large volume of calls and stay focused remotely.
• Willingness to learn quickly, follow training and accept feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for call tracking and data entry.
• Comfortable using a PC or laptop and a smartphone.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection with a backup option.
