Remote Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

Rose Harper Law, LLC is seeking a high‑performing Personal Injury Case Manager to join its remote, multicultural team. You will drive cases from intake through settlement readiness, ensuring timely medical treatment, complete documentation, and an outstanding client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 120–200 personal injury cases (pre‑litigation & litigation support).
• Ensure clients begin and continue medical treatment without gaps.
• Obtain and organize all medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain attorney‑ready files and track liens (Medicare, Medicaid, private, ERISA).
• Communicate consistently with clients, educating them on the process.
• Support attorneys with demands, case summaries, and litigation preparation.
• Escalate delays, risks, or stagnation issues immediately.

Required profile

• 2+ years of personal injury case management experience.
• Bilingual English (C1) and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of medical treatment workflows, documentation, and lien handling.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time.
• High attention to detail, organization, and accountability.

Required skills

• Experience with case management systems such as Filevine.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑signature tools.
