Remote Nurse – AI Model Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Nurse to join our remote team focused on training and evaluating AI chatbots in the healthcare domain. You will work independently, selecting projects that match your expertise and schedule, while helping improve the accuracy and performance of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide diverse and complex healthcare scenarios to AI chatbots.
• Assess chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and medical accuracy.
• Measure model progress and report performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve issues to enhance model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Current enrollment in or completion of a medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD).
• Strong clinical knowledge across a broad range of specialties.
