Remote Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to engage prospective customers, uncover their needs, and schedule qualified appointments. You will operate from a home office, using our CRM and automated dialing platform to build a robust sales pipeline while delivering a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using the company CRM and dialing system.
• Connect with prospects, build rapport, and present our services.
• Identify customer needs, answer general questions, and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments for licensed representatives.
• Maintain accurate call activity and customer data in the CRM.
• Follow established sales scripts and outreach strategies.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching, training sessions, and team meetings.
• Support additional lead‑generation initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Organized, able to manage multiple conversations efficiently.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven work ethic.
• Previous experience in inside sales, outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or call‑center operations is a plus but not mandatory.
