Remote Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Graphic Designer to join Coalition Technologies. You will create visual assets for advertising campaigns, email marketing, social media, branding, print, and web mock‑ups while collaborating with copywriters, PPC specialists, and digital producers.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and animated banners for ad campaigns.
• Create email templates for marketing initiatives.
• Produce social‑media graphics for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Tumblr.
• Develop logos, brand guides, vector icons and illustrations from concept to final files.
• Design print collateral including brochures, letterheads and business cards.
• Build website mock‑ups and related graphics for desktop and mobile.
• Participate in client meetings and work with Digital Producers to align design with client goals.
• Collaborate with copywriters, PPC team and other stakeholders to balance visual appeal with performance requirements.
• Prepare organized design files and ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards.

Required profile

• Mastery of photo and editing software and a strong portfolio showcasing banners, emails, social posts and logos.
• Passion for design, branding, marketing and online content creation.
• Understanding of major social‑media platforms and willingness to stay current with design trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional experience in advertising agencies or digital marketing (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and present work to clients.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm PST.
• Reliable workstation with fast computer, microphone, speakers, internet and power.
