About the role

Our client 5 Star Tools is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead a remote US‑based dispatch team. The manager will coordinate daily logistics, optimise routes, manage fleet resources and ensure compliance with industry standards while supervising five dispatch professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of five dispatch professionals to ensure effective daily operations.
• Develop and implement route optimisation strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee fleet management activities, including vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling and resource allocation.
• Utilise dispatch software, real‑time tracking and transportation management systems to monitor and optimise operations.
• Analyse operational data to identify process improvements and increase productivity.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in US‑based remote dispatch or logistics management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic logistical challenges.
