Remote Contact Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role you will make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers, explain our services and schedule qualified appointments for our sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using our CRM and dialer system.
• Engage prospects professionally, follow a scripted dialogue and handle common objections.
• Identify interested prospects, verify appointment eligibility and book qualified appointments using internal scheduling tools.
• Record call outcomes, lead statuses and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team check‑ins and other support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong spoken communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and ability to handle high‑volume outbound calls.
• Excellent listening, organization and attention‑to‑detail.
• Reliable primary and backup internet connection, stable power supply and a laptop/PC with a smartphone.
• Willingness to follow training, learn quickly and accept constructive feedback.
• Previous contact‑center, outbound calling or customer‑service experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using a dialer system.
