Remote Contact Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Representative to engage prospective customers, provide accurate information about our services, and schedule appointments through outbound phone outreach. This fully remote, full‑time position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Engage prospects with a professional, friendly approach and answer general inquiries.
• Explain services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments using internal tools.
• Record interactions and keep lead information up‑to‑date.
• Follow established contact‑center procedures and meet performance targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching, training sessions, and team meetings.
• Support additional outreach projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
