Remote Contact Center Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Agent to join our fully remote operations team. In this role you will conduct outbound phone outreach to prospective customers, provide information about our services, qualify interest and schedule appointments, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Engage prospective customers with confidence and provide accurate information about available services.
• Qualify leads, answer general questions and schedule appointments using internal scheduling software.
• Update customer records and call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Follow established contact‑center procedures, quality standards and achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training and team meetings.
• Support additional outreach initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone and high‑speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while navigating CRM and scheduling software.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning.

Required skills
