Remote BigLaw Lawyer (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced BigLaw attorneys to join our remote team on a contract basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality legal analysis, research, and document drafting for a variety of U.S. law topics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis and provide nuanced guidance on diverse U.S. law subjects.
• Perform in‑depth legal research to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Assess legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices, offering structured feedback.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex scenarios.
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials as part of quality‑assurance efforts.

Required profile

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Current or prior experience at a top‑tier U.S. law firm, exposing you to varied practice areas.
• Proven ability in legal analysis, research, and drafting across multiple subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration.
