Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

SG Services is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join its fully remote team. In this role you will help B2B clients across multiple industries connect with decision‑makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers across SaaS, technology, private equity, energy, logistics, e‑commerce, healthcare and professional services.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach strategies, maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems and consistently meet productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• LinkedIn proficiency
• Experience with CRM systems
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms
• Computer with minimum 8 GB RAM and Intel i3 processor (or equivalent)
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps, with backup connection
