About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Rehab Therapy Aide to support inpatient occupational therapy services. This full‑time, day‑shift position works directly with patients and therapy staff to facilitate rehabilitation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Support patients during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Transport patients to and from therapy locations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant healthcare certification preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
