Regional Sales Representative – Midwest

About the role

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to cover the Midwest territory. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales relationships, meeting forecast targets, and promoting a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with customers in the assigned territory to understand their needs and build rapport.
• Identify and pursue new customer acquisitions, including cold‑calling potential leads.
• Prepare and review sales reports, pinpoint problem areas, and track company progress.
• Create and maintain a sales plan that meets or exceeds profit goals while adhering to corporate guidelines.
• Provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager on planning, forecasting, and territory management.
• Recommend product, service, and policy changes based on competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
• Travel extensively (up to 50%+), including overnight visits to current and potential clients.
