Regional Sales Manager – Boston

About the role

CooperVision, a leading global manufacturer of contact lenses, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Boston area. The role drives execution of commercial strategy, leads a team of Account Executives, and ensures the region meets sales and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed regional sales, market share, and margin objectives.
• Coach, develop, and lead Account Executives through regular field visits.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Analyze territory performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Manage promotional investments and regional resources for maximum ROI.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Professional Affairs, and Operations to execute strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare, vision care, or medical devices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
• Ability to travel 50‑70% domestically, including overnight stays within the region.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree with relevant experience also considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
