Regional Recruiter

About the role

Moog is seeking a Regional Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for its Commercial Aircraft Group and, when needed, other business units. Based in Buffalo, NY, you will partner with hiring leaders to attract top engineering and manufacturing talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 16‑22 open requisitions, adjusting workload based on role seniority and urgency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and design sourcing strategies.
• Utilize creative sourcing methods to locate hard‑to‑find candidates.
• Screen applicants, keep hiring teams updated, and facilitate selection decisions.
• Extend offers and support new hires through onboarding.
• Stay informed on business developments and workforce needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to work directly with hiring managers and influence hiring outcomes.
• Strong organizational and process‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Workday or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with Indeed for job postings and resume searches.
