Regional Operations Manager

About the role

The Regional Operations Manager leads and supports Branch Managers across a defined region, ensuring consistent application of company policies, procedures, and performance standards. This role is responsible for delivering high‑level customer service, driving profitability, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and evaluate Branch Managers on a monthly basis.
• Conduct on‑site visits to branches to verify compliance with operational policies.
• Review safety records and enforce best safety practices.
• Analyze financial performance of each branch and implement actions to meet budget and profitability targets.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives to meet growth objectives.
• Maintain and develop customer alignment structures within the region.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company processes and drive regional revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple sites or branches.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent coaching and people‑development skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
• Experience in the HVAC or related climate‑control industry is a plus.
