About the role
The Regional Operations Manager leads and supports Branch Managers across a defined region, ensuring consistent application of company policies, procedures, and performance standards. This role is responsible for delivering high‑level customer service, driving profitability, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate Branch Managers on a monthly basis.
- Conduct on‑site visits to branches to verify compliance with operational policies.
- Review safety records and enforce best safety practices.
- Analyze financial performance of each branch and implement actions to meet budget and profitability targets.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives to meet growth objectives.
- Maintain and develop customer alignment structures within the region.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company processes and drive regional revenue growth.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple sites or branches.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent coaching and people‑development skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
- Experience in the HVAC or related climate‑control industry is a plus.
