Recruiting Coordinator – Onsite In‑House Temp

About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator supports high‑volume hiring by managing interview logistics, calendar coordination, and offer processes for multiple roles. This onsite, in‑house temporary position works closely with recruiters, hiring managers and regional HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews for high‑volume candidates across multiple roles and stakeholders.
• Managing complex calendars for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, handling reschedules and time‑zone differences.
• Completing recruiting workflows and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate data, documentation and interview logistics.
• Creating and issuing job offers, tracking candidate status and supporting recruiters with offer communications.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date records in recruiting systems and supporting reporting, compliance and audit requirements.
• Organising meetings, including job‑offer discussions, with recruiters, hiring managers and partner teams.
• Partnering with recruiters, Talent Acquisition Leads and regional HR teams in EMEA and the US to support daily recruiting operations.
• Identifying opportunities to improve coordination workflows and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education not required.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with teams and candidates.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Impeccable data‑entry skills.
