Recruiter (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

Job Duck is looking for a proactive recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will be responsible for matching qualified candidates with US‑based employers, managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process while ensuring a high level of candidate engagement and data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews, tasks, and schedules.
• Request and verify documentation based on client needs.
• Manage client communication and send candidate matches via Zendesk.
• Analyze candidate profiles to determine suitability for open requisitions.
• Review and update job requisitions and resumes using internal tools.
• Maintain and update candidate information in Workday and internal databases.
• Coordinate multi‑candidate interviews and verify start dates.
• Attend daily and weekly team meetings.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking.
