Recruiter – LATAM Remote (Full-cycle)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a proactive Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the LATAM region. This fully remote position focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer acceptance, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for a high‑volume requisition load, from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for both active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured phone and video screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calls, messages, and email outreach.
• Present and manage offers, providing negotiation support and clear communication.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to align hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in the Bullhorn ATS.
• Identify and implement improvements to sourcing and recruiting effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success in high‑volume recruiting environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries (light industrial, manufacturing, staffing preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience recruiting for roles throughout the continental United States.

Required skills

• Bullhorn (ATS) proficiency.
