Recruiter – HR Team

About the role

Gainor, a leading communications and marketing firm, is expanding its HR team in New York. We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for junior and entry‑level positions across our communications, PR, and marketing practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting processes, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates across various experience levels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate strategic interview schedules.
• Ensure a high‑touch, responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Partner with HR leadership on compensation, offers, and negotiations.
• Develop job descriptions, manage postings, and implement creative sourcing strategies.
• Monitor talent trends and competitor hiring activity to refine recruiting tactics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in communications, PR, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
